How this works: The “Step” column and filter refer to one of the five steps of a standard Laughter Wellness session. The “Category” column and filter relate to the method’s four core activity types. You can learn more about Laughter Wellness and how it works here.
Important: This database offers a limited set of filters, but even so, it provides access to a wide range of activities. Our advice: filter less to start. Choose just one or two filters at first to get a feel for how it works, then refine as needed.

It is called "to pandiculate" and it is our nervous system’s natural way of waking up our sensorimotor system and preparing us for movement, e.g.: Ask participants to move to an open space in the room an arm’s length from each other. Next, ask them to imagine the warm sun and cool breeze on their face as they stand relaxed on a tropical beach, and lead them through the following stretches, proceeding from one to the next, pausing briefly after each one.
